Ellen E. Fahy has been with PDF since 1976. Her many years of experience gives her a deep working knowledge of PDF. A native of St. Louis, Ellen was raised in North County and graduated from Lutheran High School Central.
Daniel G. Wienstroer has been PDF's Executive Director since 1997. He has a lifetime of experience in the painting industry, both as an employee and an owner. Dan's family was in the painting business and he was president of that firm for ten years, prior to coming to PDF. A native of St. Louis, Dan was raised in South County and graduated from Christian Brothers High School and Saint Louis University. After college, Dan worked as a radio sportscaster before entering the family business.
PDF's Executive Director serves you, the member contractor. When difficult questions arise—concerning contract interpretation, union issues, regulations or any other industry related topics—start your search for answers with Dan. Drawing on his experience, he can often provide a quick solution, but if he can't, he will refer you to an expert who can. The success of its members, is success for PDF, so help the foundation serve you. Suggestions for events such as seminars, charity projects and legislative issues are encouraged.
