The Painting and Decorating Foundation of St. Louis is a labor relations resource for the painting and drywall industries. PDF facilitates contract negotiations between signatory contractors and unions, serves as a liaison between management and labor, spearhead joint management/labor initiatives, and coordinates management/labor meetings.
PDF is a repository of human resource information for signatory contractors and their customers. The foundation maintains copies of current labor agreements, wage rates, health and safety regulations and other useful materials. PDF staff is available to research questions and to provide direction to resources on issues related to labor.
